Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a ticket to our event. Please read our refund policy carefully before making your booking.

1. Ticket Price

• The standard ticket price is R1000 per person.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Full refunds will be granted for cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date.
• 50% refunds will be issued for cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the event.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, including no-shows on the day.

3. Transfer of Tickets

• Tickets are transferable. If you can no longer attend, you may give your ticket to someone else. Please notify us in advance via email or message with the new attendee’s details.

4. Event Cancellation

• In the unlikely event that we cancel or reschedule the event, all guests will receive a full refund or the option to move their booking to a future date.
